Deima's mesh dress
The summerdress of the year is here! On huge (as in ginormous) needles, made with a chunky cotton quality that comes in all the colors of the rainbow. The perfect vacation dress, to throw over a bikini or maybe a bodysuit for a night out.
The dress is knit from the bottom and up, with 2 strands of cotton yarn in stocking stitches. Very simple, very much on purpose, because sometimes simple, without too many extravagant knitting techniques is just what it takes.
Yarn: 2 strands of ‘8/8 Cotton from Hjertegarn’, Drops ‘Paris’ or ‘Tykk Line’ from Sandnes (shown in Drops ‘Paris’, color 39)
Gauge: 7 stitches x 8 rows = 10 cm in stocking stitch
Recommended needles: circular needles size 15 mm (80cm)
