Ordering
When placing an order on your custom made Deima item, we're more than happy to guide you along the process to ensure you get the right fit and size.

If you'd like to order an item in a specific color (almost any color is possible with us), just pick 'custom' as color when placing your order, and you can write a comment with your wishes, in the comment box at checkout.
The production time depends on the item, and will be shown on the product pages.
During the winter and summer holidays (july and late december/early january) longer production times will occur.
Returns and cancelations
When the order has been placed the purchase is final, and there’s no refund. Neither do we take returns. If something happens to your Deima piece, reach out and we'd be happy to help you fix/repair your item. In any case of a return for repair, it’s the costumers responsibility to return the item.
Handmade items
All styles are handmade and unique, and made from yarn with natural fibers. Please be aware that slight differences in colors can occur as yarn colors have small variations from each dye lot.
We are always here to inform you about the care of your Deima item. We can however not take responsibility for lack of care, in terms of damages, wrong care etc. See how to care for your Deima item here.....
