When placing an order on your custommade Deima item, we are more than happy to guide you as to what size to chose. Make sure to give us your personal measurements, if you have a special request. Send an email to place an individual order

If you'd like to order an item in a specific color (almost any color is possible with us), just pick 'custom' as color when placing your order, and you can write a comment with your wishes, in the comment box at checkout.
Returns and cancelations
When the order has been placed the purchase is final, and there’s no refund. Neither do we take returns. If something happens to your Deima piece, reach out and we'd be happy to help you fix/repair your item. In any case of a return, it’s the costumers responsibility to return the item.
Handmade items
All styles are handmade and unique, and made from yarn with natural fibers. we do not guarantee that the colors are exactly the same, as they can look different on the different types of screens. Yarn colors have small variations from each dye lot, which also can result in a slight difference in color.
We are always here to inform you about the care of your Deima item. we will however not take responsibility for lack of care, in terms of damages, wrong care etc. see how to care for your Deima item here.....

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, or if you're shipment is delayed. If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipping, let us know.
We ship worldwide, with tracking of course, and you have the option to choose express delivery.
